About the procedure
Food intolerance testing (FOX) is an immunologic blood test to obtain truthful information about the body’s hypersensitivity to 286 foods.

RULES FOR PREPARING THE PATIENT FOR THE FOX STUDY
- 12 hours before the study should be excluded alcohol intake, smoking, eating, chewing gum, limit physical activity
- An important condition for ensuring the quality of laboratory blood tests is to take the material on an empty stomach, preferably in the morning (before 12:00).
- In the morning on the day of blood collection for the study can drink water
- It is desirable to take the material before any medical diagnostic manipulations
- Exclude or postpone taking medications for the time after the blood draw; if it is impossible to cancel the medication, it is necessary to inform the laboratory.
